Council
Burwood Council, City of Canterbury Bankstown and Inner West Council
Bush fire
None of Croydon Park is mapped as bush fire prone land.
Heritage
Five heritage conservation areas cover parts of Croydon Park, including the Ashbury Conservation Area. The rules for building a deck or pergola without approval are stricter there, so we check your address first.

“The boys nailed it! Built my deck out of engineered timber and the quality of work was fantastic. Job was done quick, site was left clean, etc. Would recommend!”

  • “I've found my new carpenter! Haz did a fabulous job of doing all new balustrading on my back deck. He was very precise with his fitting and measurements and also went out of his way to help me with 2 other little jobs I needed to do before selling my house. What he did for me was a tremendous help and I'm so grateful. Look no further than Haz. He is the kindest and the best!”

  • “I would recommend Timbaland to my friends, and would try to get them again if work later comes up. We got them to do our backyard deck. And Haz has been professional and easy to deal with from the beginning. He explains the work and his pricing really well. He’s efficient and his quality of work is very commendable. Extremely happy with their work.”
