Before we quote

Glenhaven, for a deck or pergola

Council
The Hills Shire Council and Hornsby Shire Council
Bush fire
About 71% of Glenhaven is mapped as bush fire prone, mostly along Dooral Dooral Creek and Cattai Creek. On those blocks the bush fire attack level (BAL) decides which boards, timbers and roofing can be used, so we check it before we quote.
Heritage
No heritage conservation areas are mapped in Glenhaven, though three individual heritage items are listed.
The land
The ground rises from about 38 m to about 208 m above sea level, with Dooral Dooral Creek and Cattai Creek running through or along it.

“The boys nailed it! Built my deck out of engineered timber and the quality of work was fantastic. Job was done quick, site was left clean, etc. Would recommend!”

  • “I've found my new carpenter! Haz did a fabulous job of doing all new balustrading on my back deck. He was very precise with his fitting and measurements and also went out of his way to help me with 2 other little jobs I needed to do before selling my house. What he did for me was a tremendous help and I'm so grateful. Look no further than Haz. He is the kindest and the best!”

  • “I would recommend Timbaland to my friends, and would try to get them again if work later comes up. We got them to do our backyard deck. And Haz has been professional and easy to deal with from the beginning. He explains the work and his pricing really well. He’s efficient and his quality of work is very commendable. Extremely happy with their work.”
