About 53% of Manly is mapped as bush fire prone, mostly along Sydney Harbour National Park. On those blocks the bush fire attack level (BAL) decides which boards, timbers and roofing can be used, so we check it before we quote.
Heritage
Two heritage conservation areas cover parts of Manly, including the Pittwater Road Conservation Area. The rules for building a deck or pergola without approval are stricter there, so we check your address first.
