Before we quote
Building a pergola in Denistone West: what we check
We look at these at the measure, so the price you get is the price of the job.
Slope
Much of Denistone West sits on a slope. A pergola on a falling block needs deeper footings, bracing and often a balustrade, so we look at the fall of the ground before we price it.
Approval
Many pergolas in NSW are exempt development when they meet the height, size and setback limits. We tell you at the measure whether yours does; if it doesn't, approval comes from the City of Ryde or a registered certifier.
