Building a pergola in Liberty Grove: what we check

We look at these at the measure, so the price you get is the price of the job.

Approval
Many pergolas in NSW are exempt development when they meet the height, size and setback limits. We tell you at the measure whether yours does; if it doesn't, approval comes from the City of Canada Bay or a registered certifier.

“From the first conversation, Hamzeh and his team were honest and straightforward about what the job would involve and what it would cost - no surprises along the way.”

“I've found my new carpenter! Haz did a fabulous job of doing all new balustrading on my back deck. He was very precise with his fitting and measurements and also went out of his way to help me with 2 other little jobs I needed to do before selling my house. What he did for me was a tremendous help and I'm so grateful. Look no further than Haz. He is the kindest and the best!”

“I would recommend Timbaland to my friends, and would try to get them again if work later comes up. We got them to do our backyard deck. And Haz has been professional and easy to deal with from the beginning. He explains the work and his pricing really well. He’s efficient and his quality of work is very commendable. Extremely happy with their work.”

“Super advice and workmanship. Recommended a great composite fencing product. My courtyard never looked so good! Jordan, Raff and Hamzeh did a great job from start to finish and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the end result. Ed, Redfern.”
